Site 1 – River Bank Bush Camp

Site 1 – Bush camp is one of the biggest sites that we offer here at Riverside King Valley, the site is set 10-15 m from the bank of the river although there is a option to be closer to the water it is a smaller area and not as shaded, the main part of this site is set under the shade of the beautiful paulownia trees with a large flat grassed area suitable for all camping setups. This site is suited more for those who are self-sufficient as the amenities are a fairly long walk away from the site. Please keep in mind that the property is a working farm and there will be cars and machinery onsite nearby to some of the sites.

This is an extra-large riverside bush campsite. It has a designated fire pit with hot plate, shade trees and open grassy areas for recreation. You can pitch a tent, set up your camper, caravan or trailer on the river bank. Campers will need to have own amenities and leave no trace. BYO everything inc toilet shower or hire our Porta Toilet and Ensuite Tent.

Site 2 – River Bank Bush Camp

Site 2- River Bush camp is another one of our bigger sites accommodating large groups of up to 50 people on the site, much like bush camp 1 bush camp 2 is set on the grass under the shade of the Paulownia trees and again is suitable for all setups from caravans all the way through to tents and swags. This site is suited to those that are self-sufficient as the amenities are a fairly long walk away from the site. Please keep in mind that the property is a working farm and there will be cars and machinery onsite nearby to some of the sites.

Site 3 – River Bank Bush Camp

Site 3 – River Bank Bush camp is another one of our larger site accommodating large groups of between 30-40 people this campsite offers options there is a smaller space close to the rivers edge with a grass area as well as sand and rock areas and a larger area on the back side of the main track that is a large open area surrounded by beautiful tall gum trees, you can chose to use one part of the campsite or the other or both parts for larger groups, keeping in mind that the main track runs through both parts of the campsite so long weekends there will be traffic going past to other campsites on the property. Please keep in mind that the property is a working farm and there will be cars and machinery onsite nearby to some of the sites.

Roadside River Camp

Roadside River Camp like its name suggest is only 20-30m from the main Wangaratta-Whitfield .Road as well as still being on the banks of the river. With a large, grassed area to accommodate 15-20 people it is well suited to any kind of camping set up. This site is a short walk from the amenities that include a flush toilet and hot shower as well as a sink for dishes. Please keep in mind that the property is a working farm and there will be cars and machinery onsite nearby to some of the sites

Roadside Camp Powered

Roadside camp powered is only 20m from the main road nestled under the shade of the paulownia trees between the road and the King river, also close to amenities, being that this site is so close to the amenities there will be foot traffic going to and from the amenities and the river also vehicles coming and going from the main property entrance. Keep in mind that this powered site like the others on the property only has 1 power hook up. Please keep in mind that the property is a working farm and there will be cars and machinery onsite nearby to some of the sites. Generators can be used but must be used with others in mind.

Roadside Camp Powered is on the edge of the King river, about 20m from the main Wangaratta-Whitfield .Road. Very spacious camp site with fire pit and hot plate, plus an abundance of open grass area for parking, camping and recreation. With the use of flush toilet and Hot shower.

Robinia Forest

Robinia forest is by far one of the most secluded site on the property set at the far end of the property under the shade of the of the Robinia trees set right on the banks of the river this site can accommodate 15-20 people suited to all forms of camping set ups from caravans to tents and swags. This site is designed for those that are more self sufficient as there is no access to the amenities however, we do offer portable camp toilets contained in an ensuit tent for a small fee. Please keep in mind that the property is a working farm and there will be cars and machinery onsite nearby to some of the sites.

Site 1- River flats  is on the smaller side compared to the other sites we offer, however what it lacks in size it makes up for in location, right on the bank of the King river under the shade of some beautiful trees. This site will accommodate all camping set ups from caravans to tents and swags. This campsite has a firepit and access to the amenities including a flush toilet and hot shower and well as space and a sink for dishes. Please keep in mind that the property is a working farm and there will be cars and machinery onsite nearby to some of the sites.

Great swimming hole at this location. Crystal clear pristine water, sandy bank access. Beautiful mowed grassed river flat campsites. Idyllic riverside location.  A Fire Ring pit and BBQ hotplate/grill. there are recycling bins and waste bins. Rubbish and recycling to be taken to skip bins located opposite to the office

Site 1 – River flats  powered is one of 3 powered site we offer here at riverside King Valley, set about 20 m back from the banks of the river, the site offers a generous grassed area suitable for small groups of up to 15 people. This site is one of the closest sites to the amenities, including a flush toilet and hot shower as well as space and a sink to do dishes. Keep this in mind when you book that there will be people walking past to access the amenities and the river during your stay on this site. Each powered site has only 1 power supply.
